• Create only one account per person - duplicate accounts will be terminated

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design elements - are the exclusive property of Gocupidgo Asians or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By uploading photos, text, or other content to your profile, you grant Gocupidgo Asians a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may delete it at any time by removing it from your profile or closing your account.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through our Contact page with a detailed description of the alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Limitation of Liability

Gocupidgo Asians provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a secure, verified, and high-quality dating experience, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy or truthfulness of any member's profile information
• The outcome of any interaction, match, or relationship formed through the Platform
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times
• The conduct or behavior of any member, whether online or offline

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gocupidgo Asians, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or financial loss. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gocupidgo Asians in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to the following resolution process:

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by navigating to your account settings and selecting the "Delete Account" option, or by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary termination:

• Your profile will be removed from public search results within 24 hours
• Active premium subscriptions will not be refunded for the remaining billing period
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws

Gocupidgo Asians reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account is flagged by our anti-scam detection systems
• We receive credible reports of abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior
• You fail to respond to verification requests within the specified timeframe

Changes to These Terms

Gocupidgo Asians may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or industry best practices. When material changes are made:
